What is it? Our ARU Bursary is open to undergraduate and integrated Masters students from the UK. It is also available to EU/EEA students who remain eligible for student finance.
Who is it for? UK or EU students studying a full-time undergraduate or integrated Masters degree with ARU College.
How much is it worth? Up to £300 per year.
How do I apply? You’ll automatically receive our ARU Bursary if you meet the eligibility criteria and register as a student.

Accept your offer for September 2026 and pay your tuition fee deposit by 26 June 2026 to receive your Early Bird Discount.

How the discount is applied
Stage 1: New Student Enrolment Discount
- All Foundation Year Students – £1,000 New Student Enrolment discount will be applied in your second trimester
- First Year (Business Only) – up to £800 New Student Enrolment discount will be applied in your second trimester
- Pre-master’s students – £800 New Student Enrolment discount will be applied at the point of registration
Stage 2: £1,000 Progression Scholarship
- £1,000 for students who have successfully completed the Foundation or First Year programme with ARU College.
- £1,000 for students who have successfully completed the Pre Master programme with ARU College.
Eligibility
- Be a self-funded international student (only applicants who have been assessed as international fee payers can access this discount).
- Hold an offer letter to study at ARU College for September 2026 entry and pay your tuition fee deposit (as outlined in your offer letter) before 26 June 2026.
- Have an offer to study a full-time pathway programme at ARU College (with the exclusion of Pre-Sessional English programmes).
- Provide proof that the payment was made before the deadline.
Conditions
- For Pre-masters students, the discount consists of a £800 discount applied at the point of registration, and a £1,000 progression scholarship applied at the point of progression.
- For ARU College Foundation Year Students, the discount consists of £1,o00 new student enrolment discount applied in your second trimester, and a £1,000 progression scholarship applied at the point of progression.
- For ARU College First Year Business students, the discount consists of £800 new student enrolment discount applied in your second trimester, and a £1,000 progression scholarship applied at the point of progression.
- The second part of the discount (£1,000 progression scholarship) is applied at the point of progression to ARU providing the student successfully completes the pathway programme at ARU College.
- This discount does not apply to students who have already accepted their offer for September 2026 and paid the tuition fee deposit before 13 January 2026.
- The discount cannot be combined with any other scholarship, discount or fee reductions.
- This discount does not apply to students who are sponsored by government/organisation/company.
- This discount only applies if you successfully enrol for the September 2026 intake.
- This discount does not apply to those whose payment has been deferred from a previous intake.
- Early Full Payment Discount applies to students who paid 2 semesters fees (full academic fees for the first year), limited places available and student must pay before the discount deadline.
- If a student requests a refund or withdraws during the second semester, the tuition fees for the first semester will be considered full price without any discount.
- This discount does not apply to students who requested change of course or level at the point of registration.

Students that are progressing from ARU College to their ARU course can take advantage of our special discount.
Value
- £1,000 for students who have successfully completed the Foundation or First Year programme with ARU College.

Eligibility
For ARU College student to be eligible for ARU International Progression Scholarship you must be:
- a current international student with ARU College
- successfully completed pathway programmes
- studying full-time
- starting ARU Year 2 or Year 3 of an undergraduate course, or joining the masters postgraduate degree.
How to apply
There is no need to apply. This discount will be automatically applied.
Value
The bursary is equivalent to 10% of the tuition fee for up to 8 units of study within one program only with a Navitas member institution. The bursary does not apply to additional units or repeat units that may also be undertaken and excludes mixed English options.
Eligibility
- The Family Bursary applies where two or more students from the same family* study at a Navitas institution. The first family member can be studying at a Navitas institution at the same time as the other family members or may have studied at any Navitas institution previously.
- The family bursary is granted to the second and subsequent family members who study at a Navitas institution.
- The bursary is equivalent to 10% of the tuition fee for one program only with a Navitas member institution. The bursary does not apply to additional units or repeat units that may also be undertaken.
- For Diploma students, the bursary is equivalent to 10% of the tuition fees for the first attempt at units in the program of study† (excluding mixed English option).
- For Certificate students, the bursary is equivalent to 10% of the tuition fee for the first attempt at units in the program of study (excluding mixed English options).
- Students must pay the full amount for half their course as shown on their Letter of Offer in order to confirm their place at the Navitas Institution to which they have applied. If the student remains enrolled at the institution, at the end of the week 4 of their first semester, 10% of their tuition fee paid will be credited to the student. The balance of the bursary is credited to the eligible students’ tuition account in the second and subsequent semesters. (The amount credited will be calculated on the actual number of units studied).
- The maximum value of the family bursary is 10% of the tuition fees for the first attempt of units in the program of study regardless of the number of family members who have studied with Navitas institutions.
- A completed application must be submitted to the Navitas institution together with supporting documents such as a birth certificate or family card.
- The General Manager or the Director Finance Administration will approve the award of a family bursary and authorise the accountant to process the relevant adjustments.
Definitions
*For the purpose of this bursary, a family member is defined as a brother, sister, stepsister, stepbrother, mother, father, son, daughter, stepchild, husband or wife.
Conditions
- Some subject exclusions may apply.
- The Navitas bursary is not applicable to English language program or any component of any English language program offered by Navitas member institutions.
- Diploma programs may also be known or registered as Undergraduate pathway, University Transfer Program Stage II or University Pathways Program (UPP), First Year Degree
(Stage 2). Certificate programs may also be known or registered a Foundation Studies, University Transfer Program Stage I or University Foundation (Stage 1).
Navitas member institutions
The Navitas bursary applies to students studying at BCUIC, Curtin College, Curtin Singapore, ARU College, Deakin College, Deakin College Jakarta, ECC, Eynesbury College, FIC, Griffith College, HIC, ICM, ICP, ICRGU, The College Swansea University, La Trobe College Australia, LBIC, NIC, UPIC, SAIBT, SIBT, UNIC, Twente Pathway College, The Hague Pathway College, University of Leicester GSC, Lancaster University Leipzig, Florida Atlantic University GSSP, Richard Bland College of William & Mary GSSP, University of Idaho GSSP, UMass Boston ISSP, UMass Dartmouth GSP, UMass Lowell GSSP, University of New Hampshire GSSP, Virginia Commonwealther University GSSP.
Application instructions
A completed application form must be submitted to the Navitas institution together with supporting documents, such as birth certificate, or family card. Application form can be obtained from the Navitas institution where the student has enrolled.

Eligibility
T0 be eligible you must be a self-funded international student from India, Nepal or Sri Lanka.
You must be an ARU College offer holder for September 2026 and you must pay your tuition fee deposit by the relevant payment deadline:
– India – 18 August 2026
– Nepal 04 August 2026
– Sri Lanka 04 August 2026
- The Global Achievers Scholarship is awarded at one tier only, based on the student’s initial entry level as stated in their offer letter.
- The scholarship is awarded once only per student.
- Scholarship only applies for the September 2026 intake.
- Only available to students from India, Nepal or Sri Lanka.
- Not available to students sponsored by a government, organisation, or company.
- Deferred students are not automatically eligible and will be assessed case-by-case.
- The institution may request additional documentation and may approve or decline eligibility at its discretion.
How to Apply
No application required. The Global Achievers Scholarship is applied automatically in your second trimester if you meet the criteria,
Conditions
- Scholarship value depends on entry level:
- Foundation Programme: up to £4,000 total (£3,000 scholarship + £1,000 progression scholarship)
- First Year– Business Programmes: up to £3,200 total (£2,200 scholarship + £1,000 progression scholarship)
- First Year– Non-Business Programmes: up to £2,500 total (£1,500 scholarship + £1,000 progression scholarship)
- The £1,000 progression scholarship is only awarded if the student:
- Successfully completes the pathway programme at ARU College, and
- Progresses to ARU
- Students must pay by the relevant payment deadline:
– India: 18 August 2026
– Nepal: 04 August 2026
– Sri Lanka: 04 August 2026 - Scholarships cannot usually be combined with other scholarships, discounts, or fee reductions unless confirmed in writing.
- Scholarships cannot be exchanged for cash.
- ARU College reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scholarship at any time.
- If a student withdraws during the second semester, first semester tuition fees will be charged at full price (no discount applied).
- The scholarship will not apply if a student changes course or level at the point of registration.
