Denise Sparrow’s journey with ARU has come full circle. She first joined the university in the early 1990s as a Legal Practice Administrator in the Law Department. Working closely with law students reignited her passion for learning, and so she began studying part-time for a BA (Hons) in Business and European Studies in 1994. Years later, Denise has returned to ARU College to teach and support our students. We asked her to share a little about herself and why she loves teaching at ARU!

The Guardian University Guide 2024 league table, which ranks institutions by subject, looking at areas such as student satisfaction, has once again recognised ARU for a variety of subject areas such as Sports Science, Hospitality, Event Management and Tourism, English, and Education. ARU College offer both undergraduate and postgraduate pathways into a variety of degrees in these disciplines.
